I'm fundraising for CEO Walk In My Shoes

I’m Spending a Night at Ronald McDonald House – And I Need Your Support

I’m proud to be joining local CEOs and business leaders for a 24-hour overnight immersion at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Central West NSW – right here in Orange.

This experience is designed to give us a glimpse into the emotional and practical challenges families face when their child is seriously ill and they have to leave everything behind to seek life-saving treatment, often far from home.

During our stay, we’ll:

Cook and serve meals to families

Participate in real-life scenarios based on the experiences of actual guests

Learn what it takes to run the House and support families

Hear directly from parents and carers

For me, this is personal. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact RMHC Orange has had on families in our community – providing care, comfort, and a home-away-from-home when it’s needed most.

Why am I doing this?
Because no family should have to go through this alone. And RMHC ensures they don’t have to – offering:

-Accommodation 365 days a year, free of charge
-Warm meals and a supportive environment
-Programs to help families cope during incredibly tough times
